SaltX announces hackathon February 2018 at Norrsken House

During February 6-8 of 2018, entrepreneurs, students and intrapreneurs in companies will gather at the largest hub in Europe for social entrepreneurs –  Norrsken House. During three intense evenings, the best teams will solve tomorrows energy demand with help from the technology of SaltX.

Tonight, at STHLM TECH Meet up, SaltX CEO Karl Bohman announced its first hackathon – “SaltX HACK”. SaltX Hack marks the official launch of SaltX LABS – an open innovation forum. SaltX Hack will take place during three days at Norrsken House, February 6-8.

SaltX Hack will consist of three challenges that aim to develop new businesses and innovations based on SaltX technology. The challenges will be released during December and January. The first challenge will be announced at Norrsken House on December 14.

At the Hackathon entrepreneurs, students and intrapreneurs will meet and work together to form new innovative solutions that will be the starting point for future businesses. For each challenge, a jury will appoint one winner. The winning teams will win support and seating for their continued work with their solution.

About SaltX HACK
SaltX’s technology and patents have the power to reduce CO2-emissions by 30 percent from any power source. The SaltX Hack the 6-8 of February 2018 aims for exploring new areas of thinkable implementations for these patents. And at the same time give you the opportunity to form your own business based on this revolutionary technology.

SaltX will select 75-100 people, divided into teams that will be invited to the Norrsken House in downtown Stockholm. The assignment will be to present different solutions to the challenges presented further down. Make sure to apply for the SaltX Hack before 31st of January.
